A Single dark color print on a light garment is the least expensive way to print a shirt. The process is very simple and only requires 1 coat of ink, NO Flash and 1 time around the press to create a quality finished piece.

When printing a colored ink on a dark garment, your design is going to need an under base. The under base will go down first and get flashed. The colored ink will go down directly on top of the underbase.

When using a white ink with a another color on a dark garment it is possible to run it as a two color job by printing 2 coats of white with 2 flashes. This is NOT the optimal way to run this job and some quality will be lost. WE DO NOT make any promises to the top coats opacity in this case. This method, however is somewhat less expensive for those on a budget.
